After about one minute in a bad position Materla was warned by the referee that he would stop the match, but the UFC veteran couldn't do anything about it and the fight was finished at 4:56. The strikes from the Champion wasn't damaging and some of them were even blocked.

In the co-main event Mariusz Pudzianowski needed only 27 seconds to knock out Rolles Gracie. The Brazilian kicks early, and the Pole lands a big right swing sending Gracie to the floor, Pudzianowski looks for a finish, but it finished already as the ref saves Gracie.
