Vitaly Bigdash becomes the new ONE Championship Middleweight Titleholder after defeating Igor Svirid at ONE Championship: Tigers of Asia in Malayasia. The fight can easily be named the best to happen under the #1 Asian promotion. Bigdash was knocked down several times by power puncher Svirid, but the Russian managed to use his ground skills to avoid the ground and pound from the Kazakhstani fighter. However, the challenger managed to land some heavy strikes such as a knee to the head at the final minute, some good strikes on the mat and could have also ended the match with a couple of submissions the last of which he almost did it but the bell rang. Coming out in the second round, a tired Kazakh fighter tried to set up strikes with a jab, while the Russian looked fresh and landed another devastating knee followed by a hammer fist and stopped his rival at 0:36.

Another good fight worth to watch was between lightweighters Peter Davis and Adrian Pang. Davis started the fight circling around the cage. Meanwhile Pang who didn't move a lot, looked to land a big punch. Pang absorbed a couple of low-kicks and connected with a punch, stunning the local fighter, he then quickly followed with more strikes dropping Davis and won by TKO.

That was exactly what happened in West Virginia at the "Ruckus in the Cage" event last weekend when Daniel Cooper was beating and then applied a choke on poor Travis Wolford. That's when the shit started to come out all over the cage. Later it was revealed according to the promoters that Wolford had gone to Chili Night to eat some hot chili right before the fight.
